I'm 25 and a real estate agent in the midwest. I was competing in strong mans @237 before I tore my quad and patellar tendon in my left knee. Five knee surgeries and ten months later I am finally back in the gym. I am looking to lose some of the fat I aquired from strong mans but maintain my size and fitness. I don't need to squat, nor do I want to, 500lbs anymore. But I want to look good and be strong.
