Mark G - Weeks 2 and 3
Mark G - Weeks 2 and 3
Mark continues on... He leapt at participating and dove head first into the three month project. So, how's he doing?
There really isn't much need for us to set Mark's updates up, so we'll instead step out of the way and simply provide dates... Oh, and check the 8/24 update at the bottom, as he's already added 10 pounds. Wow.
8.9.10 - I am certainly eating like a house. Waking up early for the gym in the morning! Ill talk to you tomorrow.
8.9.10 (later that day) - Hit it hard this morning. Feeling really good and stuffing my face with food. Working to be the best.
8.17.10 - I've never been this strong in my life. I'm putting on good weight and will continue to do so. This program has got to be some sort of cheating with the way I am developing. The training program is challenging and I love it. I've taken full advantage of the plans you have set out for me to complete. With this, nothing will stop me from achieving my dream of playing big time ball in college.
8.19.10 (Mark needs to re-up on supps) - Yes, on 2:1:1 and casein. I'm set with creatine for now. I have the chocolate flavors for both. I'll try different flavors based on what you guys prefer. Lifting is going well. Still staying with it for four days a week, correct? I'm loving it. Also, people are starting to question how I eat so much.
8.24.10 - I have already put on ten pounds of muscle and I'm increasing my potential on the field and in the weight room everyday. I can't wait for my training session this afternoon. Somehow this program keeps me excited each new day.
All in all, that sort of progress is nothing to sneer at. Congratulations Mark from the 1R family.
