Following the workout plan, but tweaking the nutrition plan?

Would I still see adequate results and weight gain if I skimped on the nutrition somewhat, in the sense that I ate at different times, because as a high school student, time isn't very negotiable. Also, I am a vegetarian, would anyone know any good vegetarian dinners, rather than meat?

So long as the calories and macronutrient breakdown is close, you should be OK changing up the nutrition plan a bit if you stick to the workouts. However, have you checked out the dropdown menus above each picture in the nutrition plan? It will provide you with alternatives, many of which may fit into your vegetarian diet.

Regarding the times, the spacing of meals is actually more important than the times themselves. If the plan calls for a meal at 7 but you don't wake up until 8 just move the whole plan back an hour or two to fit your schedule.

Hopefully the above helps, but if you have any other questions, just let us know.

Yeah, I've checked through all of them, and I can eat around the same time exactly, but as for as the dinner meal is concerned, all the drop down options have meat involved, and that's a no no. So I'm thinking I'll just have a lot of carbs, and eat alot, with mega proteins in it.
