I'm trying to go vegetarian for a dinner or two every week but am really struggling to find good options with adequate protein. Any and all suggestions are encouraged. I'm really trying to avoid pasta as well, especially as the star of the dietary show. I love beans and legumes so.....

I think this offers some of the best options. Obviously not the bison or the turkey but everything else should work. Also tofu and whey protein shakes and Casein shakes are good. Even PB is a good option. Just look around you there are a lot of options that aren't listed on this website but google some alternative protein sources and I am sure you will find a lot.
