Hello,
I was wondering what you guys thought about taking Kre-Alkalyn as opposed to monohydrate creatine and whether or not there is any real difference between the two?
Thanks,
Nathan
@NB... Am always super wary of non-micronized creatine, creatine, options. Just sorta feels unnecessary.
The supplement industry, like most industries, doesn't really innovate with any real frequency (r&d costs, etc), so they instead attempt to simply tweak existing product categories to wring the most juice out them... Creatine's a good example.
I don't have extended exposure to Kre-Alkalyn, but my sample set suggests it's no better than plain ol'micronized... Just more expensive.
