Post-Lift 2:1:1 Substitute

Just realized that I forgot to bring post-lift 2:1:1 & shaker with me and won't be heading home right after working out tonight. What's a suitable sub? I'd have to pick it up at a store so would have to be pre-made. Would a protein bar or a pre-mixed protein drink be better? Or some other option?

What premade options do you have access to? If the store has the Syntha-6 RTD i'd go with that and a fast digesting carb source that will spike your insulin like Gatorade.

Granted mixing the two together would probably taste horrible but go with the Gatorade first and then the RTD.

@FC - thx. Only have access to whatever's at the local store. Don't really want to drink something that tastes horrible lol even if i driink separate thats a lot of liquid. Could I pair a protein bar with fruit or something? If so what protein bar would you suggest? Thx!!

Probably don't want to go with fruit as it will restore your liver glycogen as opposed to your muscle glycogen but something like a protein bar and an iced tea (or some drink with sugar in it) would be good.
