Just realized that I forgot to bring post-lift 2:1:1 & shaker with me and won't be heading home right after working out tonight. What's a suitable sub? I'd have to pick it up at a store so would have to be pre-made. Would a protein bar or a pre-mixed protein drink be better? Or some other option?

What premade options do you have access to? If the store has the Syntha-6 RTD i'd go with that and a fast digesting carb source that will spike your insulin like Gatorade.
Granted mixing the two together would probably taste horrible but go with the Gatorade first and then the RTD.
