Lean Body Breakfast

Has anyone tried the LABRADA Lean Body Breakfast mix? I think it is available ready to drink as well...

I'm looking for something breakfast-wise that I can drink during my drive into work. I used to drink slim fast and that did a good job of holding me over, but it has lots of nasty stuff in it.

thanks in advance

if you have a blender (and an extra minute or two) I'd honestly attempt to maybe get a scoop of whey, a scoop of casein and some frozen fruit/berries into a nice power smoothie. Make it with milk if you're trying to get jacked and like it a little thicker. You can also add coffee and peanut butter to alter the stats and taste

Labrada breakfast tastes pretty good, has great stats and is extremely filling. The one thing to be aware of is that the shakes are really thick and you usually have to split the pack into two shakers if you're going to put the whole thing down.

I had the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal which was really solid and really convenient before work, but definitely don't try to fit it all into one shaker.

Having gone off and on with shakes for breakfast, I've discovered they've varying degrees of effectiveness when it comes to actually filling me up... Labrada's (I believe I had the carb conscious one 1R is selling, but it was my roommate's and I really, truly, can't remember) tend to taste good and hold me through until 11 or so, at which point I was ready for a snack.

Again, can't confirm if I was having the carb conscious variety, but I have had at least two different kinds from Labrada, and enjoyed both. Food, or rather shake, for thought.

No worries bud. Where did you find a lean body breakfast RTD? Haven't seen those before.
