pre digested proteins

my father recently suprised me with a product from twin labs called pre digested proteins dont know to much about it and he couldnt really explain it besides saying "back in the day this got me ripped" so anybody with any knowledge drop me a line and tell me if ill be waisting time thanks chris

Pre-digested is just another word for hydrolyzed whey protein. It's called pre-digested because instead of selling it as whole protein molecules, companies break these molecules down to their component parts so that your body doesn't have to break them down (hence the name pre-digested).

The thought process behind hydrolyzed products is that they are digested faster and therefore are more effective for building muscle during the post-workout recovery period. I've seen great success using Hydro-Whey from Optimum Nutrition. Definitely worth a shot if you've never had it.

Big fan of Hydrowhey from Optimum. Chocolate may be the best shake I've ever had with water, but the vanilla isn't half bad either.
