I've read about this. I was wondering if it is a good idea. Some MLB players do pre-game workouts before they take BP, then I've heard of post-game lifts too. I was wondering what everyone's take on this, and also lifting a day before a game. Any input would be appreciated, with any examples of what people are doing out there.

You may also want to give the neural charge workout in this article a shot on mornings before game day. Many baseball and hockey players used this workout when it was originally designed and saw great increases in their performance and recovery time.

If i can i like to shoot hoops for a little a few hours before football games to get loose and just calm my nerves but i wouldnt lift major weights on a game day
