Are there any ncaa legal supplements for during the season to help aid in recovery. I was thinking about possibly having glutamine.
In season supplements
Not sure what sport you play but I found that straight micronized creatine (5g a day) helped me recover faster and feel stronger throughout baseball season.
Other supplements that I found helpful in maintaining weight and strength throughout the season were a simple post workout recovery shake (I took 2:1:1 after workouts and games), glutamine (which you're already taking), and ZMA before bed (as most athletes are actually deficient in magnesium).
