Off-Season Football Explosive plan

Can this workout along with the Pre season mass plan ppack on muscle mass?

N also can u help me find out what these r:

10 Drop downs (each leg)
10 Front struts (each leg)
10 45 degree struts (each leg)
10 Side struts (each leg)
10 270 degree struts (each leg)

For the rest of the strut variations, just imagine that you're facing forward and standing on the face of a clock. In order to do 45 degree struts you would do the same movement facing 2 o'clock. Then for the side struts you'd go to 3 o'clock, back struts you'd go to 6 o'clock, and 270 degree struts you'd go to 7 o'clock.
 
Regarding the workouts you'll probably want to stick to one as stacking two workouts at the same time will most likely lead to overtraining and a lack of recovery. We'd suggest starting with the pre-season football workout and seeing how you feel after a month on the program.
