I just have a question about selecting the approprate weight for the sets?
Am i supposed to add 5~10 pounds every week? The rep schemes sometimes change to something like 6 x 5, 4, 3, 3, 3,..I'm guessing i'm supposed to add weight every set.
I'm just confused as to what weight to deal with without training percentages.

On those sets I usually add weight every time with the goal of failing on the last rep of my last set.
Think about those set/rep schemes as 3 Rep Maxes and really max out. Do that, and you'll see great results using that plan.
