Wrist Flexibility/Injury

About 22 months ago I dislocated my wrist (plus an ulnar fracture) and being a dumb college kid/not doing any weight training at the time i didn't take physical therapy seriously and stopped going. Fast forward to the traimund of today and I'm getting back into the gym but am having a bit of struggle with my wrist. I have limited extension and almost no radial deviation.

Basically, dips/barbell bench make my wrist feel like it's going to explode, the front squat/hang clean hand position is impossible due to tightness/stress. I know (hope) this stuff will come with time and work, but for now I wanted to see what the alternatives are.

Dumbell bench is no problem (minus the one hand is crooked going up), I've tried using single arm movements on a cable machine with a D handle (it allows my wrist to be in a position that's comfortable) for dips and holding the bar to my shoulders between my index finger and thumb (my hands are in the center of the bar) for front squats. I can't think of anything to help with the hang clean, except low elbows and the bar resting very shallow in my palm.

Anyone out there have similar wrist struggles with some tips?
