Mid-Season Workouts

Given that we are about half way through lacrosse season and my off season gains are beginning to wane, do you have any recommendations for mid-season work outs? Between practices, games and my unwavering need to not be sore, it is difficult to maintain my level of strength that I worked so hard to build.

Did you see the in-season workouts they have? Not sure if you're in high school or college but here are the links.

These are the maintenance plans:

High School (intermediate)

If you don't want to be sore the next day change up when you do the two separate work outs. So like if you have games on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays you'd be better off moving the lifts to Tuesday night and Sunday. If you'd rather just bust it out after games you could go Tuesday and Thursday instead. Your call, but these look like the workout programs our coach gave us at school. Seems pretty legit.

The best way to stay fit is to go to gym, but according to the Better Business Bureau, around 9,400 complaints were filed last year against fitness experts, fitness centers and health clubs. That is 15 percent higher than in the previous year. But there are things you can watch for and things you can do to stay away from being taken to the cleaners.
