Plyometric and Sprint Workout

Plyometric and Sprint Workout

I'm following the advanced off season get explosive men's soccer workout routine and was just wondering how long I should be resting in between sprints and sets of sprints, since the plyometric and sprint workout only says what to do not how long to rest in between. I don't want to rest too long or too short and not get the max out of my workouts.

The typical rest to work ratio on these sprints and plyos is 3:1 meaning if it takes you 5 seconds to finish the plyo or the sprint, rest 15 seconds before starting the next set.
 
Does that make things a bit more clear?
