If you can't get Canadian bacon at your local supermarket then opt instead for ham. If its thinly sliced and as lean as can be, it'll have slightly less calories and protein, but play the part essentially the same. We threw Canadian bacon in there because it's remarkably tasty, but we'd never disrespect the ham.
