Our Return and Exchange Policy
Product Orders:
All orders placed through this Website are subject to OneResult's acceptance. This means that OneResult may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, OneResult will issue you a refund.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. You’ve tried it and don’t like it? No sweat, just carefully pack the item(s) up in a box and send it (them) back to us (within 30 days, obviously). We'll refund your purchase, no questions asked. It's that simple. That said, if you use a good deal of the product (think more than half), we will not refund you the purchase. Nor will we refund you the cost of shipping the return to us. Seems fair no?
Exchanges:
Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or flavor. Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Some products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag, or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
OneResult reserves the right to limit returns.
Price Adjustments:
Website products placed on a temporary markdown (sale items) are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if OneResult are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment. Website products placed on permanent markdown (clearance or "last chance" items) are not eligible for price adjustments.

RETURN PROCEDURES:
Please send all returns to the address found beneath our return policy explanation (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)

OneResult’s distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand deliveries.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
OneResult cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and OneResult will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.

Important information about your OneResult return and refund:
Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse.
You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will first be applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then to the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products are damaged in transit, OneResult will also include shipping charges in your refund.
